Pecan Crusted Chicken Breast 8 ounce chicken breast hand breaded with rice flakes and a      combination of succulent spices with candied pecans and baked to perfection. (gluten free)
Herb Encrusted Roast Pork Loin Topped with garlic, rosemary, and an olive oil rub. Cooked medium to keep tender and juicy for your taste buds to enjoy. 
Veggie Lasagna Garden salad with dressing on the side, lasagna noodles, filled with Creamy Cheese Filling, layered with roasted red & yellow peppers, sundried tomatoes, carrots & spinach. Topped with mozzarella & parmesan cheese and season bread crumbs. Seasoned green beans & Garlic Bread to accompany the entrée. Brownies for dessert.
